Conform-All

Conform-All is a unique and remarkable series of soft, pliable vinyls formulated for use on rounded surfaces and complex curves. Conform-All vinyls and laminates were designed for sporting industries and conform to rounded surfaces without wrinkling. We can manufacture decals up to 18-mils thick!

Conform-All vinyls will:

Stick to enamel painted surfaces, glass, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, vinyl and ABS plastics.
Hold up well against abuse when laminated with Conform-All Laminates.
Maintain flexibility even in thick decals.
Have high-performance clear permanent pressure sensitive adhesives.
Have a gloss or matte finish.
When removed within a year, leave little or no adhesive residue (Conform-All regular adhesive only).

Conform-All vinyls and laminates come in the following varieties:

Standard Conform-All - has a high-performance, clear, permanent pressure sensitive adhesive and is ideal for surfaces such as enamel painted, glass, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, vinyl and ABS plastics. It is used extensively in motorsport applications.

Standard Conform-All will remove clean from most smooth or painted surfaces within 1-year of application without leaving adhesive behind. It is available in the following thicknesses and colors:

4-mil Thick (Clear & White)
8-mil Thick (Clear & White)

Hi-Bond Conform-All - is the same pliable vinyl as Standard Conform-All, but has our Hi-Bond adhesive that is very high tack, non-slip, and has excellent adhesion to low energy plastics such as fenders and number plates on motorcycles and quads. Hi-Bond also adheres well to powder-paint found on many machinery surfaces. It is available in the following thicknesses and colors:

6-mil Thick (Clear & White)
10-mil Thick (Clear & White)

Supreme Conform-All - is a premium 7-year outdoor marking film for rugged, outdoor applications and has excellent hiding power and opacity but still is conformable.

This material is ideal for high-quality durable markings or decals on vending machines, gasoline pumps, outdoor power equipment, vehicles, heating/cooling units and other exterior markings.

Our Supreme Conform-All Vinyl comes in the following thicknesses and colors:

Supreme Conform-All w/Hi-Bond Adhesive: 6-mil Thick White
Supreme Conform-All w/Standard Adhesive: 4-mil Thick (Clear & White)

Clear Conform-All Laminates – are applied to any Conform-All vinyl to add thickness to the overall label and to protect the pritined image. Clear Conform-All Laminates are available in the following thicknesses:
